MAS BLOOM INTERNATIONAL is a Taiwan-based air-freight seafood importer, dealing in fresh chilled and live seafood only. For four decades we have bought directly at fish markets in Japan and other source regions, working hand in hand with fishermen — the catch goes into ice-slurry chilling the moment it comes ashore, and flies to Taiwan on an unbroken cold chain.

No frozen bulk, no sea containers — one standard only: freshness that speaks for itself the moment the box is opened.

We import fresh and live seafood by air from Japan and other source regions, working hand in hand with fishermen at source — the moment a catch leaves the water it goes straight into ice-slurry chilling, freshness locked at origin. No frozen bulk, no sea containers: an unbroken cold chain from auction floor to aircraft to wholesalers and distributors across Taiwan.

We buy where the fish lands, working directly with fishermen, auction houses and exporters in Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, the Maldives, the Philippines and beyond. The catch goes into ice-slurry the moment it comes ashore.

Grading & Packing

分級打包

Every fish is graded individually for freshness and size before it is packed. Chilled fish travel packed on ice under temperature control; live seafood is packed with oxygen. Nothing travels ungraded.

Air-flown Cold Chain

空運冷鏈

Every consignment flies to Taipei on an unbroken cold chain, from ice-slurry at the landing port to arrival in Taiwan. We do not ship frozen bulk and we do not use sea containers. Fresh means flown.

We supply wholesalers, seafood distributors and restaurants across Taiwan, and we buy to their standard. A supplier who lands good fish, grades honestly and packs properly will find in us a serious, long-term counterpart.
